Scott Horst, FNP-BC, MSN, APRN

Horst brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience in the Reno-Tahoe region to his new role. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University followed by a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner degree from United States University.

His clinical background includes emergency medicine, where he served in leadership roles as a charge nurse and unit supervisor at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center, Northern Nevada ER at McCarran NW, and the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care. Most recently, he practiced obesity and weight management medicine at Premier Physicians Weight Loss and Wellness.
